I had a disappointing experience with the hotel. At 3 am, we couldn't bear the dirty and filthy rooms, so we booked another hotel at triple the cost just to escape. The rooms weren't spotlessly clean as expected for a five-star hotel, with stained bedding, hair, and dirty floors. Although spacious, they gave off a tacky feel due to ongoing building work nearby.
